I am trying to find what you may think is the BEST mexican or latin food in Vancouver. I have tried the few ones that people return to frequently.. but is there one that just hits the spot?
Try Dona Cata on Victoria @ 35th Ave. They have great (authentic) tacos. And it's cheap to boot.
